On 9–10 March 2026, the Philippine Department of Information and Communications Technology — led by Secretary Henry Aguda — joined President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on a working visit to New York. The delegation returned with commitments spanning low-Earth-orbit and geostationary satellite connectivity, hyperscale AI-ready data centres in Clark, Pampanga, and national cybersecurity partnerships — alongside a proposed data-embassy framework allowing partner nations to retain jurisdiction over data hosted on Philippine infrastructure.
Bryan was part of the group structuring the U.S.–Philippine technology discussions behind that corridor, and was featured on the DICT's front page for the work.
