Where measurement
meets meaning

Platforms that bring rigorous instrumentation to contemplative practice — reconnecting disciplines that have long been separated.

Bryan creates platforms at the intersection of science and spirituality — instruments that bring rigorous measurement to contemplative practice, reconnecting disciplines that have long been separated.

The Silent Minute

Foo Fighter Edition
Historical Precedent

A nation synchronised at nine o'clock

From 10 November 1940, the BBC broadcast the chimes of Big Ben at nine each evening as a signal. Across Britain and the Commonwealth, people stopped where they stood and held one minute of silence for peace. The practice was initiated by Wellesley Tudor Pole and carried the backing of King George VI and Churchill's cabinet.

In the same war, in the same skies, Allied night-fighter crews were reporting something else. From November 1944 the 415th Night Fighter Squadron logged orange and green lights over the Rhine Valley that paced their aircraft, outmanoeuvred them, and never registered on radar. The crews called them foo fighters. The Army Air Command's file was lost after the war; the CIA's 1953 Robertson Panel reached no conclusion.

Two phenomena, one war. No instrument was pointed at either. What survives of both is testimony.

This film draws the line forward. Resonance takes up the Silent Minute — group coherence, now with a physiological signature that can be captured, timestamped, and tested against chance. The Coherence–Contact Study takes up the other thread, and asks whether the two were ever separate.

Historical detail per the public record of the Silent Minute (1940–45) and USAAF foo fighter reports (1944–45).

Inside the Instruments

Each platform is built on the same conviction — that inner states leave outer traces, and that a trace can be recorded, timestamped, and tested.

Resonance · The Instrument

HRV coherence is measurable.
Transformative.

Every human baroreflex has a natural resonance frequency. Resonance finds yours, then moves the geometry and the sound with your nervous system until heart and breath lock.

0.1 HzResonance frequency — where RSA amplitude and LF power peak together
20×Stronger vagal signal — HR oscillations 20× larger than resting baseline
6 wkDurable increase in resting HF-HRV with daily practice (Lehrer et al., 2013)
432.081 HzPrecise Temperament tuning across four harmonic worlds
The App

Every detail tuned to one outcome

Adaptive Scan

Your personal resonance

Steps through 4.5→6.5 breaths per minute, measuring HR oscillation amplitude at each rate until your baroreflex peak is identified and locked in.

Live Biometrics

Apple Watch HR stream

A workout session activates high-frequency streaming every 1–2 seconds. Real RR intervals feed the coherence engine — your biology drives the guidance, not a metronome.

Sacred Geometry

A visualization that breathes

A live golden spiral, Fibonacci rings and a Lissajous coherence figure respond to breath and HRV. The Lissajous tightens from chaos to a clean ellipse as heart and breath synchronize.

Protocols

Eight breath protocols

Coherence 5:5, extended exhale 4:6, box 4×4 and 6×6, 3-6-9, physiological sigh, 4-7-8 and deep slow 6:2:8. Three adaptive, five structural — all clinically grounded.

Haptics

Guidance without a screen

Six distinct haptic patterns encode inhale, exhale, hold, coherence lock, pace shift and drift — breath guidance you can follow with your eyes closed.

The Horizon

When a room breathes together

HeartMath researchers have documented physiological synchronization between groups practicing coherence — measurable, not metaphorical. The collective field renders thousands of practitioners on one cadence, live.

The Coherence–Contact Study

Can a trained group, in measured physiological coherence, initiate a repeatable contact protocol that produces independently adjudicated UAP-related observations above chance? This is the experiment. Resonance is the instrument that measures it.

The proposal is deliberately agnostic on mechanism. It commits only to measuring whether the association exists — pre-registered, falsifiable, with blinded adjudication, null-model testing and an independent statistics lead. A null result is a real, publishable outcome that constrains the field.

Vitalis · The Human Operating System

Your biology, held by you

Vitalis is the platform layer — a human operating system built on a simple act of sovereignty: the record of your body belongs to you. Biomarkers, genomics, vitality over time — assembled into one living account that its owner holds, reads, and directs toward a longer, more coherent life.

The delineation matters: Resonance is the instrument; Vitalis is the operating system it lives inside. One tunes the heart in the moment. The other keeps the long record of a human being — health and longevity as sovereign infrastructure, not a service someone else owns.

The Fourth Phase

The human is not a bystander in this system

SOLID
LIQUID
GAS
PLASMA ~99% of the visible universe
The four phases of matter. Plasma is not the exotic case — it is the ordinary condition of most of the universe, and the one it took us longest to name.

Matter has four phases. Bryan's conviction is that intent has them too — and that the fourth one is coherence.

Solid, liquid, gas — and plasma, which is not an exotic case but the ordinary condition of most of the visible universe. Everything on this page that makes power lives there. It took us until the twentieth century to name it, and we are still learning to hold it.

The constraints on the next century get described as engineering problems: not enough power, not enough water, not enough compute. They are real, and most of this page is about solving them. They are also tractable.

What is not yet tractable is whether groups of people can hold aligned intent long enough to build well — across election cycles, market cycles, and the generational handoffs that infrastructure demands. That is the harder constraint, and almost nobody is instrumenting it.

So instrument it. The same discipline that put an independent trial around irrigation water, and a pre-registered protocol around contact, can be pointed at group coherence — and the tools, including AI, can help people reach it deliberately rather than by accident.

If that holds, the order of operations changes. Energy, water and compute return to being what they always were: instruments. The species using them becomes the variable worth improving.

This is a conviction, not a finding — and it is the reason the ventures and the platforms sit on the same page.
